| WARRANTY
Innovative Formulations Corporation warrants that for a period of five (5) years, MIRRORSEAL when used in conjunction with MirrorFab and applied in the approved manner according to all construction procedures and subjected to normal uses and service for which it is designed: (A) Will not become brittle due to normal exposure or normal construction, (B) Will provide a water barrier and (C) Will not fail cohesively if properly applied pursuant to manufacturer's specifications where movement does not exceed normal design basis. The company at its option shall either refund the purchase price of, or provide replacement for that portion of the MIRRORSEAL materials which fail within said five (5) year period to perform in accordance with this warranty and such refund or replacement shall constitute the full limit of the company's liability and obligation for any such failure. There are no further warranties as to merchantability or otherwise except as set forth herein.
