What Roof is Thin as a Dime
and Stands Up To Time?
Location:
Power Company Substations in Arizona
Problem:
Leaking Roofs on substations in the community's outlying areas. These substations house delicate, solid state electrical equipment which is sensative to extreme heat and which can be easily damaged by exposure to water and/or moisture. |
Solution:
Remove the old foam roof, prepatch the embittled and blistered areas using MirrorSeal patcing techniques and apply MirrorSeal Superior Roofing System to all sections. |
Features: The power company was able to eliminate any and all concerns of damage caused by heat or smoke during installation since MirrorSeal is a cold applied liquid requiring no heat or flame application. |
Location:
Casino Roof, Las Vegas, Nevada
Problem:
The existing seven year old mop and gravel roof was leaking due to material deterioration |
Solution:
Remove the old gravel roof and prepatch the embittled cracked and blistered areas using MirrorSeal prepatcing techniques. Resurface the existing 2 1/2 acre roof with the MirrorSeal Superior Roofing System. |
Features: Because the MirrorSeal system is applied without heat or flame, the management was able to eliminate the concern for fire or smoke damage - a definate consideration in this congested high rise area. |
