SECTION V - HEALTH HAZARD DATA
EXPOSURE LIMITS: OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL) and Thresehold Limit Value (ACGIH) - Not established.
EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE
Ingestion: Unknown for the product mixture. May cause nausea, vomiting anad intestinal pain.
Skin Contact: Unknown for the product mixture. May cause irritation, dermatitis, given repeated or prolonged skin contact.
Eye Contact: Unknown for the product mixture. Direct contact may cause eye irritation.
Inhalation:: Unknown for the product mixture. Trace comonent and residual vapors may be irritating to eyes, skin, mucuous membranes, respiratory tract, and may produce symptoms of headache, nausea in poorly ventilated areas.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS PRONE TO AGGRAVATION BY EXPOSURE: Toxicity testing on the product mixture has not been conducted.
 
SECTION VI - REACTIVITY DATA

STABILITY: This product is stable under normal conditions of usage.
HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: Will not occur.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Oxides of carbon and hydrogen chloride may be formed by the pyrollsia of solids.
CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Avoid extreme heat. Avoid freezing, product will coagulate.
INCOMPATIBLE SUBSTANCES: Acid and salt solutions may coagulate the binder. Avoid strong oxidizing substances.
 
SECTION VII - SPILLS OR LEAKS

RESPONSE TO SPILLS:
Restrict areas to only those personnel needed. Stop discharge and contain spill or contaminated material using, dike, barrier or other means. Recover with pumping equipment, vacuum truck, sorbent, vermiculite or other means. Place contaiminated material in suitable containers for further handling.
HAZARDOUS TO BE AVOIDED:
Do not flush to stream, other bodies of water or sewer. Avoid contact with eyes or skin.
SPILL NOTIFICATION:
Check federal, state and local reporting regulations.
DISPOSAL METHODS:
(a) Recycle, if feasable.
(b) Incinerate in authorized facility.
(c) Treatment at industrial or liquid waste facility.
(d) Landfill in authorized facility. (Solidification or fixation may be required prior to landfill disposal.)
